Terms of Service

By accessing or using Talentra Group's website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Talentra Group provides two core service lines:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment — connecting organisations with qualified candidates through contingency, retained, and project-based recruitment models.
• Career Coaching — individual coaching programmes designed to help professionals advance their careers, improve personal branding, and secure better roles.

Talentra Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Payment

• Full payment must be made upfront to confirm your booking.
• A place in any coaching session is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• All prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Session Format

• All 1-on-1 coaching sessions are conducted entirely online via video call. No in-person sessions are offered.

Cancellation & Refunds

• 1-on-1 sessions: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Rescheduling

• 1-on-1 sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge, provided at least 7 days' notice is given. Rescheduling requests with less than 7 days' notice may not be accommodated and the session fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation by Talentra Group

• In the unlikely event that Talentra Group cancels or postpones a session, the client will be offered either a full refund or a reschedule at no additional cost.
• Talentra Group is not liable for any additional costs incurred by clients as a result of a session cancellation or postponement.

Agreement at Checkout

By completing payment for any coaching service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this payment and cancellation policy.

Talentra Group operates on a pay-on-hire basis for contingency recruitment. No fees are charged to client companies until a successful placement is made and the candidate commences employment. Specific fee structures, guarantee periods, and replacement terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

Candidates registered with Talentra Group consent to their CV and professional information being shared with prospective employers for the purpose of securing employment. Candidate data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting enquiries or registering for services.
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
• Not transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or spam.

All content on the Talentra Group website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Talentra Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talentra Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Talentra Group does not guarantee employment outcomes for candidates or coaching clients. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable European law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Europe.

Talentra Group reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
